1 General Terms

This document sets out the terms that apply between the crickexnow platform and its users. crickexnow is an online entertainment platform offering casino games, sports betting, and live gaming services. The platform is operated for users in Bangladesh.

2.2 Account Verification

crickexnow reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. A national ID card, passport, or other government-issued document may be requested for verification. The platform reserves the right to hold withdrawals until verification is complete.

3 Age Verification and Identity

All services on crickexnow are available only to individuals aged 21 and above. Minors are strictly prohibited from opening an account or using the platform.

crickexnow may request documents to verify age at registration or at any point thereafter. If it is found that a user opened an account while under 21, that account will be closed immediately and a decision regarding any deposited funds will be made in accordance with applicable rules.

If the identity information provided by a user is found to be false or misleading, crickexnow reserves the right to suspend or close the account and seize any associated balance.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

crickexnow uses popular mobile banking methods available in Bangladesh for depositing and withdrawing funds. All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted channels.

4.1 Deposits

• Minimum deposit: ৳300 (all methods)
• Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly. If there is a delay for any reason, please contact the support team.
• Users may only deposit from a mobile wallet registered in their own name. Funds sent from a third-party account will not be accepted.

4.2 Withdrawals

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members may receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. A 10x wagering requirement applies to this bonus — meaning the bonus amount must be wagered 10 times before a withdrawal can be made.

Example: A deposit of ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳3,000. Before withdrawing, you must place bets totalling ৳2,000 × 10 = ৳20,000.

5.2 General Bonus Rules

• A bonus may only be claimed once and within the specified time period.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements have been met.
• If multiple bonuses are active on an account, they are tracked separately.
• crickexnow reserves the right to cancel a bonus if abuse is suspected.
• A bonus is not free money under any circumstances — it is a conditional incentive.

6 Betting Rules

crickexnow offers betting on cricket, football, and other sports, as well as casino games and live gaming. All betting activity is governed by these rules.

6.1 Conditions for Placing Bets

• Your account must have sufficient balance at the time of placing a bet.
• A confirmed bet generally cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Bets on an event will not be accepted after the event has started, unless live betting is active.
• Bets accepted due to a technical error may be voided and the funds returned.

6.2 Determining Results

The result of a match or event is determined based on the official announcement of the relevant sporting body. In the event of any dispute over a result, crickexnow's decision will be final.

6.3 Prohibited Activities

• The same person may not place bets using multiple accounts.
• Any activity related to match fixing or manipulation is prohibited.
• Placing bets or playing games through bots or automated software is not permitted.
• Exploiting technical errors on the platform to place bets or attempt to gain winnings is strictly prohibited.

7 Account Closure and Restrictions

crickexnow reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close an account without notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these terms and conditions
• Suspicion of fraud or deception
• Evidence of operating multiple accounts
• Proven bonus abuse
• Suspicion of money laundering or illegal activity
• False information on the account

Users may also voluntarily request to close their account. In that case, any remaining valid balance (subject to wagering requirements being met) will be returned.
